Connie Williams and Sheila Tidwell posted their first weekly podcast April 1, 2010. “ConnieandSheilaTalk” focuses on real estate investing and real life issues.
In their 8th start-up business they found financial success through real estate investing. Personal freedom came through years of deep inner inquiry after both lost loved ones to murder.
Since starting Peace of Earth, LLC and Rare Earth Properties, Connie and Sheila, as they are known in the Nashville business community, have purchased residential rental property and multi-family rental property throughout the Nashville area and are currently holding 60+ rental units in their portfolio. They want to share with others how anyone can get what they really want.
In 1985 Sheila’s brother-in-law was murdered after giving a co-worker a ride home from a ballgame. Connie’s brother was murdered in 1994 after his vehicle failed him and he began walking along the interstate. Both young men died as a result of being shot. Although the murders happened 9 years apart, Connie and Sheila went through grief counseling provided by (VIP), a service of the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department about the same time and these days enjoy sharing compassion with anyone who is dealing with not only a loss of a loved one but any real life issue.
